Through Presto Media, I contributed to the marketing of 102 Scenic Drive, a luxury residential development in Lethbridge. I designed the amenities section of the website and created a range of supporting assets, including brochure spreads and video ads.

The focus was on presenting the building as a lifestyle experience. Across digital and print, the work aimed to feel cohesive, refined, and brand aligned with the development’s elevated positioning.

Imaging the Lifestyle

These AI-driven advertisements were developed to explore new ways of visualizing lifestyle and atmosphere for 102 Scenic Drive. Using generative tools, I created cinematic scenes that reinforced the building’s elevated living experience.

Foundations to Form

The interior pieces move from empty construction sites to furnished refinement, illustrating how structure becomes a finished suite. Through carefully staged transitions and custom sound design, each moment builds toward a sense of warmth and livable sophistication. The result is less about staging rooms and more about revealing how the space comes to life.

Structure Becomes Statement

These exterior-focused concepts trace the building’s evolution from raw materials to finished living spaces. By visualizing the progression from construction to completion, the campaign highlights craftsmanship, scale, and intention. The final scenes position 102 not just as a development, but as a fully realized architectural statement.
